Ann Demeulemeester Reimagined

For this video shoot, Luxe was inspired to create an editorial short film inspired by one of his favorite fashion brands, Ann Demeulemeester. The short film is styled to mimic the Ann Demeulemeester brand codes of being a severely dark but a glamorous fashion house. The video includes videography work by Carl Celedio, makeup by Joshua Molina, styling & art direction by Luxe Aurano, and modeling by Joshua Molina & Luxe Aurano.

Expanding on the short film, Joshua and Luxe can be seen as an intimate couple. The contrast of light & dark, masculinity & femininity, and love & heartbreak can be seen between the two interacting in the short film. These traits are used within the storyline, overall creating an Ann Demeulemeester inspired love affair between Joshua and Luxe.

The film itself has no connection with the Ann Demeulemeester fashion house, but was used for project inspiration in Luxe’s Photoshoot and Video Production class.
